Yearly plans cost about 10 months and give 12. The app always shows the current price before you pay. We may change prices with notice (see the Terms).
How you pay: UPI, nothing else

- In the app, open Subscription and pick Basic or Pro, monthly or yearly.
- Pay the exact amount to GymDost’s UPI ID from any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM).
- Type the 12-digit UPI reference number (UTR) from your payment and send it.
- We check the payment and extend your plan. You see the status (waiting, approved or declined) in the app.
Nothing renews by itself, so you are never charged by surprise. The app reminds you before your plan ends, and renewing takes about a minute with the same steps.
Up and running in a day
- Install the Android app and sign up with your email. Your gym is created and the free trial starts.
- Add your members with their photo, phone and plan. Their renewal dates are tracked from day one.
- Collect and renew. Reminders go out every morning; one tap opens WhatsApp with the message ready.
Questions
Do I need a card or a bank mandate?
No. The free trial needs nothing. After that you pay by UPI whenever you choose to renew, monthly or yearly. There is no auto-debit.
What happens if my plan ends?
You get a grace period (normally 7 days) with full access. After that your gym becomes read-only: you can still see and export all your data, but you can’t add or change anything until you renew. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change from Basic to Pro?
Yes. Pick Pro on the Subscription screen when you next pay, or message us. Pro has no member limit, so it is the one to choose once you pass 100 members.
Do my members need to install anything?
No. You manage everything. Members get WhatsApp messages and, for dues, a UPI QR they can scan with any UPI app.
Which phones does it work on?
Android phones, including budget phones on a slow connection. You can use the same login on several phones.
Where is my data, and who can see it?
On Cloudflare’s servers, private to your gym. We don’t sell it or show ads. Read the Privacy Policy, or delete your account and data any time: how to delete.
